This is definitely an interesting bit for me. As for a fellow Yogi and even some popular quantum physicists like Dr. Joe Dispenza would say that its best to meditate first thing in the morning. This time in the morning, when our brain is still in the Alpha state and it is a state where we can set our intentions and magnify to easily receiving it what we set for our life. After meditation, we could go out for a walk, or exercise or simply move our body which can help with waking up.
