Wish the answer was as easy as the heading statement, but you will be surprised how easy it can be, if you have the will and the commitment to be.

In the western tradition, we have it called it as True Will, thelema.

In the Yogic tradition, we call it Dharma

In the Taoism, we call it, the Tao.

True will is transcendent, and not easily definable and can be put into words easily because its beyond our scientific thinking. It isnt a choosen career or a lifestyle, or a projected identity.

Discovering this so called ‘true will’ is the primary goal of all true and initiated into yoga, meditation and spiritual practises. Everything else, if you haven’t realized it yet, is bondage. Bondage that we humans have created, not knowing the impact it will have for ourselves.

Don’t get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with having these attachments or material possessions. But it has not led everyone to realize their true inner joy or happiness with having money.

Most people with all the money in the world, move into this space of self-discovery because they realize that they were chasing the wrong thing.

The common wisdom from spiritual masters, is for one to achieve confidence, happiness and success’. For this to happen, one needs to “find yourself” or “follow your heart”.

All this is absolutely correct, and this is where passion will overcome all difficulties that life will throw at you.

However, manifesting or attracting things that you want, is not something that will be given freely. There are, a few, exceptional human beings, who have had good karma but majority of us will have to go through practises that will enhance our energy in order to manifest what we want in life.

This is the power of combining both yoga, meditation, prayers, spiritual practises with modern coaching tools such as NLP in order to allow one to realize their true self.

The path isn't as easy and as the saying goes :

“It is hard in the beginning, messy in the middle and gorgeous at the end”

This resonates with my own experience of these ancient practises that are more than ever needed today. It started with a personal challenge, i found myself a coach, my perspective changed althought everything around me didnt change. It was me, myself and I.

Today, i am a spiritual motivational speaker and coach because that is my Free will/Dharma/Tao.

What is yours ?

(Hope you have enjoyed this short tid-bit and kindly clap so i get motivated to write more, and it may one day help someone who is badly in need)
